Joined pre-product as the founding engineer and owner of every customer-facing surface in a seven-service monorepo: the marketing site, the agent product and the internal admin.

• Built the streaming AI chat client on Next.js 16, React 19 and the Vercel AI SDK: an SSE wire contract agreed with the Python backend, nested sub-agent tool calls rendered live alongside text, and streams that resume across navigation and reconnects.
• Designed the artifact panel and its Zod-typed tool, agent and artifact registries: interactive charts, spreadsheets, PDF previews and validated file uploads with expiring, allow-listed download URLs.
• Integrated real-time video avatars (Tavus, Daily, ElevenLabs) as a six-persona “Digital C-Suite” with live transcripts, and shipped a public demo on the landing page with abuse caps and signed session teardown.
• Implemented WorkOS SSO with multi-organisation switching, server-side route guards, host-based routing between the marketing and app domains, and Redis rate limiting.
• Shipped an in-house CMS behind Microsoft Entra SSO so marketing publishes without engineering, and took the site to 100 on Lighthouse accessibility and best practices.
• Set the front-end quality bar from zero: strict TypeScript, per-directory coverage thresholds across 150+ test files, and a hermetic Playwright suite with scripted LLM seams. 78 merged PRs in the first five months.

Joined through Adelaide’s acquihire of Rita Data. Product owner for the mobile app (200K users), the web app and the browser extension.

• Owned the roadmap across all three products, turning stakeholder requirements into prioritised work and running user-testing sessions to validate designs.
• Built the web version of the mobile app from scratch in Next.js, extended the Lambda functions to serve it, and revived the Chrome extension with a new UI and SSO.
• Consolidated Google, Apple and email sign-in into a single SSO Lambda, removing friction from onboarding on every platform.
• Maintained the React Native app for iOS and Android, added Jest and React Native Testing Library coverage, and fixed the Fastlane pipeline to speed up releases.
• Redesigned the UI against Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, improving accessibility on mobile and web.

Founding developer pre-investment; helped grow the company to 13 people and led a development team of three.

• Built a fully on-chain property tokenisation platform on Polygon, from concept to production, in Solidity, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Helped develop EIP-7878, a new standard for bequeathable tokens that can be inherited after the owner’s death, and implemented its executor and inheritor logic.
• Wrote the core smart contracts: an ERC-721 property contract with inheritance and KYC checks, an investor registry that gates who can hold or trade, and a yield-sharing payment splitter based on supply snapshots.
• Built real-time event indexing on MySQL with caching, and owned security from code review to deployment as the go-to for smart-contract audits.
• Worked with legal and compliance teams to get the platform ready for go-live.
